We have officially changed our name to Able South Carolina (Formerly Disability Action Center). If you are familiar with our organization then you know that we believe that people with disabilities are able to live independent, active, and self-determined lives! We want to thank you for your ongoing support as we continue to strengthen our organization and advocacy efforts.
We don’t just say it. We live it. Able South Carolina is a Center for Independent Living (CIL)– a consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability nonprofit that provides an array of independent living services to people of all ages with all types of disabilities, in 23 counties in South Carolina.
